Azidio João António is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Founder of Green Line Insurance Brokerage, Lda, a Mozambican professional recognized for his dedication, strategic vision, and deep knowledge of the insurance sector.
Originally from the city of Quelimane, in Zambézia Province, he began his professional career in 2018 in the insurance sector at a private company Companhia de Seguros SA, a well-known firm in the market where he quickly stood out for his technical skills, discipline, and results-driven approach.
Throughout his career, he developed strong competencies in several key areas of the insurance market, with emphasis on:
- Customer service team training and management (call center)
- Customer management and relations
- Billing and credit control
- Risk analysis and mitigation
- Insurance underwriting processes
- Management of clinical benefits and authorizations
- Coordination of insurance brokers and agents
- Operational management
With a solution-oriented and excellence-driven approach, Azidio has built a reputation based on trust, professionalism, and the ability to turn challenges into opportunities.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree from ISCIM (Higher Institute of Science and Technology of Mozambique) and has several certifications in financial management and insurance, continuously strengthening his technical expertise and leadership vision.
As the founder of Green Line Insurance Brokerage, Lda, he leads the company with the purpose of making insurance more accessible, transparent, and efficient, contributing to the protection of individuals, businesses, and assets in Mozambique.
